Elevated CO2 to suppress Botrytis growth during reefer container transport of table grapes
Botrytis growth is a serious issue in maintaining the quality of table grapes. During transport, we have studied the option of elevating CO2 levels in the reefer container to suppress the growth of Botrytis. Leo Lukasse presented the results of this work at the CAMA2021 conference.
